Where your order ships from

Orders ship from our supplier overseas. They are not held in Canada.

How long it takes

Delivery takes 8 to 14 days from the day you order. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

What it costs

Shipping is free. Duty and import tax are already paid, so there is nothing to pay when the parcel arrives.

Where we ship

Canada, the United States and Australia.

If a parcel is late or lost

Email us at noelle.partners@gmail.com with your order number. If tracking has not moved for 10 days we send a replacement or refund you.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong we resend it once you send us the right one.
